About this vendor
Hi, my name is Rev. Devin Green but you can call me Devin or Rev. Dev. I am an Interfaith/Interspiritual Minister (a “Modern Minister”) based in Portland, Maine and it is my honor and joy to work with couples on their weddings.
I’m not your run-of-the-mill officiant and I don’t create boiler-plate weddings… I combine my intuition, relationship coaching background, wedding planning background, ministerial training, and more to support couples through an intentional process of committing to one another other.
We'll be a great fit if...
✨ You want a custom, personalized and memorable wedding ceremony.
✨ You want their ceremony to really feel like YOU
✨ You want to feel more connected to each other and your guests at your wedding
✨ You believe it is important to invest in your relationship and move forward with intention.
How it Works:
All of my packages include a deep discovery process, Intuitive Relationship Coaching Sessions, as well as a customized co-creation process for your ceremony. I work with you to reflect on your individual journeys and your journey together, to honor the present moment and set authentic intentions for your path forward, including personalized relationship commitments (vows) that set an important and lasting foundation for your relationship. The result is a deeply personal ceremony that is truly yours and a solid start to your marriage built on the strongest possible foundation possible.
You can read more about some of my philosophies, beliefs and wedding packages on the wedding page of my website: www.theconnectedway.com/weddings.
A note about Spirituality:
I work with couples of all faiths, interfaith couples, and specialize in working with couples that want to incorporate spirituality but not religion, or have a meaningful ceremony that does not include spirituality or religion. I gladly work with queer couples and individuals of all identities. I am licensed in all states and offer destination weddings as well.
I look forward to connecting with you if anything resonates. I offer free Discovery Calls to discuss if we're the right fit - feel free to reach out here or on my website.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to find a new officiant two weeks before our wedding. That’s when Devin (Rev Dev) came into the picture.

nd and undertook an emergency effort to understand us as people, our relationship, our backgrounds, and our vision for our marriage and the wedding ceremony. She was earnest, perceptive, intense and fun all at once. And it was clear that she was able to “get” us very quickly.
She quickly drafted a polished ceremony run-of-show that reflected our different faith backgrounds (Jewish and Christian) and our desire for a spiritually deep ceremony that honored our unique relationship and our aspirations for the future.
On the day of the wedding, Rev Dev was fired up and ready to go. She brought a joyful and serious presence to her officiating. She has great stage presence and takes the job very seriously.
By all accounts, the ceremony was a grand success and the key moment that made our wedding so special. We couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out.
It is no exaggeration to say that Rev. Dev saved our wedding. For that, we are forever grateful. Thank you, Rev Dev!!!

hat provided an opportunity for her to get to know us as a couple and capture what our vision for our wedding was. Our wedding guests gushed over how beautifully tailored to our relationship our ceremony was. Dev is so warm and welcoming and made everyone feel comfortable and stress free. She also worked amazingly with our photographer to get our group organized for photos which was above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a personalized and enjoyable wedding ceremony. Thank you so much Dev!!!

Everything Devin does is with intention. She took the time to fully see our love so it could be authentically shared. Devin nourished our story of becoming and captured this moment...
as a sacred and inclusive celebration. Devin created a space that allowed for us to be fully present and embodied. We are eternally grateful for Devin and the profound light she brings!

er way to make sure the little things mattered. Devin had everything run flawlessly. Not only do you feel fully accepted, seen, and loved by her - you also don't need to worry for a second that something is going to go unnoticed or wrong without her stepping it and making it okay. She performed our private ceremony and flawlessly executed our big ceremony as well. There is nothing that she can't do! She truly embodies everything you would want your day to be and how your love would be represented. We are so grateful for Devin!!!!!!

tance. She first spent a lot of time listening - to learn who we were as a couple and what we wanted to express in our ceremony. She then helped us craft a ceremony that reflected what we wanted perfectly. We've had so many people tell us how meaningful the ceremony was, and what an amazing job Devin did throughout it. We both view the opportunity to work with her as an incredibly meaningful gift. We feel so lucky to have found her!
We were in the most capable and compassionate hands with Devin as our wedding officiant. She was enthusiastic and sensitive to our requests, and full of suggestions and guidance th...
at helped make our wedding day a breeze. With her background in events, she had all the right questions to make sure every "t" was crossed and every "i" dotted! Devin coordinated with our wedding facilitator before and on the day of our wedding, so that we could truly relax and just enjoy the day unfolding. We felt guided to develop the ceremony that really represented us, and most importantly, Devin helped us find JOY in the process without having to sweat the small stuff!
